Room 1238 is dreadfulI repeatedly have to go down to validate my key card evertime which is unacceptable. The door toilet in my room doesn't lock properly, and the bathtub is unusable due to water leakage. I strongly discourage staying at this hotel as I feel deceived. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, and the ladies who assisted me were helpful, even providing me with chicken rice. I also requested a wakeup call at 5:00 am, but no one woke me up until I received a call at 5:45 am. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Despite complaining at the counter, the two ladies present did not offer an apology. I am deeply disappointed with my four-night stay, and I've already lodged complaints on various websites, including TripAdvisor. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the General Manager takes note of this message.

The room was clean, that's the only good thing & why we actually stayed and didn't check straight out! Pool was green, no restaurant or coffee shop or room service, reception staff little to no English, no free shuttle bus. A long way from anything. The decor is old and tired, doesn't look like it has ever been updated. Right on the freeway so you could hear traffic & sirens all the time. When reception said "RCI" room to a colleague the tone was derogatory. This is a tone and it is understandable in any language!! We did not feel welcome at all.

Disappointing. Only 1 or 2 star. Used mainly for seminars orvconventions. Restaurant, pool and coffee shop closed. No amenities and old and tired. Advertised falsly as a new building which in fact is over 20 years old. Located in the middle of nowhere.

The allocated room is managed by hotel but only for RCI members. The corridor is poorly lit. No coffee, tea or milk for guest to use. There are no restaurant or fast food outlet close by. if anyone check-in night time, better have their dinner before check in or take some meals with them.

Nice Place near Chatuchak

We stayed here 3 nights in early July 2022 as we wanted to be near the Chatuchak Weekend Market, it was inexpensive and had a pool. It is a nice high-rise hotel with amazing views and a nice big rooftop pool. The room was clean, had a nice shower and a fridge. The Breakfast buffet seemed expensive for what you got so we went elsewhere. It was only about a 20-minute walk to the BTS sky train which is only a stop or two away from the big Chatuchak weekend market. Other than that, this area didn’t seem to have much else going for it compared to other areas of Bangkok.
